Terms of service

By registering for, accessing or using MobileProxies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

MobileProxies provides access to real EU and Polish 4G and 5G mobile carrier proxies — exits running on physical handsets with genuine carrier SIMs and ASNs. Access is provided over standard proxy protocols for use in legitimate workloads such as ad verification, QA, market research and web automation.

You agree not to use the service for any illegal activity or to facilitate it. Prohibited uses include, without limitation: unauthorised access to or intrusion into systems, networks or accounts; spam or unsolicited bulk messaging; fraud, phishing or deception; distribution of malware; harassment; and any infringement of intellectual property, privacy or other rights. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws that apply to you and to the destinations you reach through the proxies.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us through in-app support immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may require security measures to protect your account and the network.

MobileProxies is offered on a subscription basis, and some plans may include a trial period. Fees, billing periods and any trial terms are presented with the relevant plan. Charges are generally recurring for the billing period you select until you cancel, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. These terms describe billing only in general; they do not describe checkout steps.

We work hard to keep the network stable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and mobile networks can experience variability outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobileProxies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, use the service unlawfully, or create risk for the network or other users. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Poland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
