Privacy policy

MobileProxies operates the EU mobile proxy network available at mobileproxies.eu. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. If you have any questions about how we handle your data, reach us through in-app support inside your account dashboard.

This policy applies to data we process when you create an account, pay for a plan, and use the MobileProxies service and website. It does not change the separate Terms of Service that govern your use of the service.

To create and secure your account we store your email address and a hashed, salted password. We never store passwords in plain text and we cannot read your password.

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. They process your card or payment details on their own infrastructure; we receive only the limited billing records we need to maintain your subscription, such as plan, status and the fact that a payment succeeded or failed. We do not store full card numbers.

We keep minimal technical logs needed to run the service securely — for example authentication events, error records and basic request metadata used to detect abuse and keep the network stable. We do not log the contents of the proxy traffic you route through our network, nor the destinations you visit through your proxies.

We use your data to provide and secure the service, authenticate you, process payments and manage your subscription, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and respond to your support requests. We do not use proxy traffic content for any purpose because we do not log it.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you (to provide the service and billing), our legitimate interests (to secure the network, prevent abuse and improve reliability), compliance with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting), and your consent where it is specifically required.

We use only essential cookies needed to operate the site and keep you signed in, including session cookies for authentication. These cookies are required for the service to function and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

We share data only with the service providers (processors) that help us run MobileProxies, such as payment processors and hosting infrastructure, and only to the extent they need it to perform their service. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We may disclose data when legally required to do so.

We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and for as long afterwards as we need it to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. Technical logs are kept only for a short period needed for security and stability, then deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through in-app support.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls and isolation of customer environments. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the risk low and respond quickly to issues.
